Practices will begin on Monday, April 28th, weather permitting (see weather page).
Practices continue through the season each Monday and Wednesday from
​6:00-7:30 PM at the Poland Regional High School Track & Field facility.

Team / Group Pictures will be taken at this meet. 
Please arrive by 12:30pm. These are not professional pictures. 
Parents are welcome to come and take their own picture shots.
